Fusion Fitness Training

Wow, I feel great! Today, I tried a new fitness class at the center near where I am vacationing.
I didn't know what to expect because the description said the class was a blend of "yoga, Pilates and fitness conditioning that challenges strength, balance, flexibility and increases endurance and stamina." It was called Fusion Fitness Training or Synergy. ( I think that's what it's called..)
The class focused on sets of Yoga poses that centered around a part of the body. One set for your core, one set for your back, one set for your legs and thighs. I'm pretty flexible and this was a bit of a challenge for me. At one point my thighs were on fire! It was a 45 minute class that ended with a set of deep breathing and muscle focus exercises. It was intense, but so glad I got to experience it.
Now if only I could find a class like this near me! I'm really hoping that this kick starts my morning workouts. I am one of those people who hate working out in the morning. I'd rather do it in the afternoon or even late at night. Luckily, my gym membership is a 24 hr. gym so I can workout whenever, but that doesn't always mean I do..
